Haberdashery Knickerless has found a good source for hasherdabery items with the Hash logo. The company needs a minimum order of 25 items from it's catalogue to process an order. It was agreed to publicise the company on the Hash website and invite orders for hasherdabery with the Rugby H3 logo. After discussion it was agreed that the Hash should strongly recommend that the items ordered should be in sky blue or sky blue and claret (for rugby shirts) to make the Hash distinctive but that other colours can be ordered if required. All orders will be directed to Knickerless who will receive the monies and collate the order.

Website & Insurance It was suggested that the website URL was too complicated to remember and a domain should be sought for the Hash. Concern was also expressed about lack of insurance for the Hash members and it was suggested that the Hash takes out insurance through the national organisation - about £120 per year. As both the above required a a cash outlay and the Hash is still at an early stage without a steady income from regular hashers, it was decided to discuss the possibility of Membership.

Membership
It was generally felt that Membership was a good way forward to establishing the Rugby H3 and raising funds for the Hash. After some discussion about possible membership rules it was agreed that from January 2005 membership should be established for the Rugby H3 with a £10 membership fee payable in January. Hashers who join later in the year will pay a proportionate amount. Run charges are to be increased to £2 per person with children under 16 free. Membership will entitle hashers to a reduced run fee of £1 per person. There will be a regular AGM in June of each year after the regular run and all members will be invited to vote to select Committee members to serve for the following year. It is hoped that the main committee jobs will be rotated to keep the Hash dynamic and encourage new members to participate in the running of the Hash. It was also agreed to look into the possibility of having a Hash Dinner in January 2005. This will be advertised on the website to see if there is any interest in such an event.
