COMMITTEE MEETING NOTES (Read what happened at the last meeting!)

Hash Fees are £2 per adult per run, under 16's are free.

Hash Fees can be semi pre-paid at £10 per adult for the whole year.  This will go towards maintaining our own web domain and Hash Insurance, it will also entitle a Hasher to :-

1. Reduced Hash fee of £1 per person per Hash.

2. Insurance under the central HHH scheme ( see below) when we get enough Hash Cash to afford it.

3. Voting rights at the AGM, which will be held on our anniversaries after/during the barbecue (before we all get to drunk!!)

4. Entitlement to be voted onto the Committee.

The UK Hash Insurance Scheme runs from April to April and costs £120pa and covers

• Public liability to £2 million
• Member to Member to £2 million
• Damage excess clause is £250
• All activities associated with the Hash are covered, i.e. it includes both the run and subsequent social activities
